Additionally, this person will help support marketing and sales operations, with a focus on CRM data integrity.Essential Job DutiesReview, clean, and analyze data for current and new markets in Salesforce, Privia’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide analysis on Total-Available Market (TAM)Operational support to the Physician Development and New Provider Recruitment teams including but not limited to ongoing maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system dataPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsPursuing Bachelor’s Degree, Junior year or above and minimum GPA of 3.0Superior organization and analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly Strong computer technology skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media outlets.Demonstrated ability to conduct Internet research in an efficient, productive manner. Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations Interpersonal Skills & AttributesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior grammar and proofreading skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organizationDemonstrate a professional and adaptable demeanor with internal and external clients, including administrators, physicians, peers, and support staffExhibit a high energy level, and demonstrate the ability to work as a team, with flexibility in work habits to schedule and meet the needs of the medical staffProven track record of exceptional customer service skillsThe ability to multi-task, planning and prioritizing a large volume of detail-oriented work in accordance with changing deadlinesThe ability to work with minimum supervision, set priorities, and follow through to accomplish resultsThe salary range for this role is $15-$17/hr in base pay and does not include any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Technical Requirements (for remote workers only, not applicable for onsite/in office work):In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment. The best measure of your internet speed is to use online speed tests like https://www.speedtest.net/. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection.
