At GrowthAssistant, we connect exceptional global talent with fast-growing U.S. companies — and we’re passionate about helping every Growth Assistant (GA) succeed.As part of our Support/Core Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that each GA thrives in their client placement, grows in their role, and embodies the GA Way.This is a people-centered, impact-driven role where leadership, coaching, and culture meet performance and growth.The RoleAs a GA Success Manager (GSM), you’ll be the driving force behind the success and development of Growth Assistants across multiple industries.You’ll act as their coach, mentor, and advocate, working closely with Customer Success, HR, and Operations to ensure satisfaction, retention, and excellence in performance.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: Starts at ₱70,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoCoach and Support: Meet regularly with each Growth Assistant (typically 80+ in your portfolio) to guide them through challenges, wins, and growth milestones.Onboard and Train: Design and implement onboarding and training plans to ensure readiness and alignment with client expectations.Champion the GA Way: Instill GA’s culture, values, and commitment to excellence throughout the GA journey.Drive Development: Conduct structured check-ins and reviews, provide candid feedback, and create actionable development plans.Measure Success: Track and report key people operations metrics and insights to the GA Experience Lead.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Customer Success and HR to surface feedback, identify training needs, and improve retention strategies.Build & Optimize Systems: Help develop and enhance scalable processes for training, engagement, and performance management.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience as a trainer, coach, or people operations professionalProven success in building training and development programsExcellent communication and feedback delivery skillsExperience creating systems and processes from scratchStrong analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting people metricsPassion for leadership, development, and empowering others to succeedNice to HaveBackground in marketing, operations, or organizational developmentExperience with employee lifecycle management (onboarding → retention)Exposure to learning and development program designComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environmentWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
