Job Description
Role OverviewAs a GT Sales Executive, your primary focus is to ensure execution of Field Sales Plans & activities to deliver sustainable channel growth. You will play a crucial role in creating a seamless connection between us, our Preferred Distributor and our garage & retail partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to thrive.Key Responsibilities1. Garage & Retailer Service & SalesVisit outlets regularly to ensure sales targets are achieved.Support marketing efforts (e.g., Google Reviews, promotions, product launches).Ensure Bosch products are properly stocked and merchandised.Identify and act on sales opportunities at store level.2. New Outlet AcquisitionIdentify and onboard new garages and retailers.Use geo-mapping data to find new leads.Negotiate and finalize contracts with new partners.3. Product ManagementManage product mix, stock levels, and display standards in stores.4. Relationship Building & FeedbackMaintain strong relationships with partners.Gather feedback and insights from field visits.Record all information in Bosch’s field sales digital tool.RequirementsEducation: University Diploma/Degree (or equivalent)Between 1 – 2 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIsDigital savvy Willing to travel around and possess own transportAt least 1 years’ working exposure in the FMCG industry English communication skill
