We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our growing HR team.

You will take a key part in the hiring efforts for our Israeli site and manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting, supporting the R&D, GTM and G&A departments' growth. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and build hiring plans. Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Drive candidate pipeline through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process with a high-touch candidate experience. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, in partnership with the operations team. Manage employment documentation and HRIS.

Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and systems. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in a combined Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist role, ideally at a fast-paced tech company / startup. Experience hiring for a variety of roles — from engineering and product to marketing and G&A. Strong understanding of HR practices and employee lifecycle processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized, self-directed, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-scaling environmentHybrid work, 4 days a week in our TLV office.
