Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experiencePartner closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesProactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referralsScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

Facilitate the interview process and ensure timely feedback to candidatesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future rolesRequirements2-3 years of proven experience as a RecruiterFull understanding of the end-to-end recruitment processStrong sourcing and candidate generation skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to build strong relationships with candidates.
