Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests to ensure maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.Work efficiently to ensure all departments are maintaining and delivering a seamless yet professional guest experience in conjunction with the Front Desk and Guest Services teams.Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to create outstanding and personalized experiences that will leave lasting memories for our guests and visitors.Candidates must have English language proficiency (reading, writing & speaking).Be part of a cohesive team with a singular focus on creating the best possible guest experience.Have the ability to demonstrate your unique personality and service style while achieving the brand standards that make us Four Seasons.Have career growth opportunities both within Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence and worldwide with our company.Excellent Training and Development opportunities.
