As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.Welcome and check-in guests, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keysProcess all types of payments, including room charges, cash, checks, and credit/debit cardsHandle guest check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges efficientlyRespond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionallyCoordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for check-insProvide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions to guestsManage daily reports, including arrivals, departures, and special requestsBalance and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shiftCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesAssist with additional front desk duties as neededQualificationsFluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essentialExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressureAttention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer proficiency, including experience with hotel management softwareCultural sensitivity and awarenessAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service is preferredKnowledge of hotel operations and proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalent
