Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malé for a Guest Service Agent. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests at the front desk, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries and requests, coordinating with various departments, and addressing complaints to ensure satisfaction. This position is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Qualifications Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling guest reservations and inquiries efficiently.Proficiency in guest service operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and complaint resolution.Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Good command of English; additional language skills would be advantageous.Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable.Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Flexibility to work in an on-site setting at The Standard, Maldives.
