This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest centric environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences.Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and care. Respond to guest requests and questions with professionalism and local knowledge. Promote Accor’s loyalty program and support sign-up targets. Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences. Manage phone calls, bookings, and basic porter duties as needed. QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have (but not limited to):A passion for providing a positive guest experience with a desire to create memorable experiencesPrevious experience using Opera Cloud is desirable. Strong attention to detail, ensuring procedures are followed. Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The flexibility to work a rotating roster (including, AM, PM & Weekend shifts).
