Job Description

Summary:Provide high-quality guest support through inbound and outbound communication channels, ensuring efficient issue resolution, positive guest experiences, and adherence to performance standards that reflect Altanfeethi's commitment to service excellence.Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails professionally and courteouslyResolve inquiries and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and efficiencyDocument all interactions and case details accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemAdhere to established service standards and achieve defined performance metricsEscalate complex or unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate teams for resolutionMaintain an updated knowledge of Altanfeethi products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to guestsContribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring guest issues and process gapsQualifications:Diploma degree and above in business administration, communications, or a related field preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English languagesGuest oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceAbility to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment1+ years of experience as a Guest Services Representative or in a customer-facing service role.Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is an advantage
