We serve both commercial and government clients, and our headquarters is in Gravette, Arkansas.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a MLG 27 Gun Weapons System Maintenance Technician based in Mohammed Al-Ahmad Kuwait Naval Base, Kuwait City, Kuwait. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the Rheinmetall’s MLG 27 Mauser Light Gun Weapon System.Additional responsibilities include performing training, preventive maintenance, conducting system inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols. The technician will work closely with a team of skilled Kuwait Naval Force professionals to ensure the efficiency and reliability of all weapons systems. OEM training will be provided by Rheinmetall.WhenThis will be a Summer/Fall 2026 fill. QualificationsMinimum seven (7) years as a GWS Technician.Knowledge of standard caliber sizes (25MM, 27MM, 30MM)Strong problem-solving and technical skills.Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.Excellent writing and communication skills required.Dynamic thinker and thrives in a high paced / high visibility environment.Must be a U.S. citizen eligible to obtain a security clearance.Computer savvy and expertise/proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project required.Former US Navy (FC/GM) or Coast Guard (GM) (preferred).Has had direct interface with senior officers.Has worked overseas (preferred).Can work independently.
