Guru Pay is an EMI based in Lithuania with a goal to deliver a personalized boutique service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. We are seeking a pure outbound hunter - someone who thrives in building a client base from scratch, enjoys the chase, and lives for closing deals. What will you do: Build your outbound sales pipeline from zero by searching the Guru Pay's ICP in targeted markets;Hit and exceed weekly/monthly KPI for calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals;Prospect using multiple channels - calls, email, LinkedIn, events;Represent Guru Pay at international conferences and B2B events to secure new business;Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to growing client for the first 6 monthsReport on pipeline health and provide market insights to management;-Insert your task here-.

Let's go!What we expect: Experience in iGaming, Fintech or affiliate targeting the iGaming co-system;Proven outbound sales success with measurable KPI achievements;A strategist, who can identify the correct individual approach to the perspective customer to seal the deal;Close to native English (C1 or above) speaking and writing skills;Permit to live and work in Lithuania;A positive collaborator - a good team player can delegate and ensure a solution.
