We are expanding our gymnastics department and looking for an experienced coach to join our passionate team.Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach who can deliver high-quality coaching following the USA Gymnastics program. The ideal candidate should bring energy, professionalism, and teamwork to every session while helping gymnasts reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Plan and conduct gymnastics sessions for various age groups and levels.Ensure safety, engagement, and proper skill development in every class.Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to maintain program standards.Evaluate athletes’ progress and provide constructive feedback.Assist in organizing events, clinics, and competitions.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience coaching gymnastics.Familiarity with the USA Gymnastics program (USAG).Valid driving license and access to a car.English fluency (spoken and written).Recognized gymnastics coaching certifications.Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong teamwork skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary package (based on experience).Supportive and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for career growth and development.
