Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Gymnastics Coach to join our academy. The coach will be responsible for training children and/or youth in gymnastics, ensuring a safe environment, developing skills progressively, and supporting both recreational and competitive programs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and deliver gymnastics classes tailored to age and skill levels (beginner to advanced).Teach students proper techniques in floor, vault, bars, beam, and conditioning.Maintain a strong focus on safety, spotting, and injury prevention at all times.Motivate students through positive reinforcement and structured progression.Prepare athletes for internal academy events and external competitions.Collaborate with other coaches and academy staff to ensure smooth daily operations.Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both athletes and parents.Assist in setting up and maintaining gymnastics equipment and facilities.RequirementsProven experience as a Gymnastics Coach (minimum 3â5 years).Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and conditioning.Ability to coach children and youth with patience and enthusiasm.Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).CPR/First Aid certification preferred.Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.Preferred QualificationsFormer gymnast or competitive coaching background.Certification from an international gymnastics federation or governing body.Experience in organizing competitions and events.
