The Director of Storytelling leads the strategic development, production, and dissemination of the H. E. Butt Foundation’s storytelling program, Know Your Neighbor, across a range of platforms—including multimedia audio-visual storytelling and public and private events— with the goal of shifting narratives around economic hardship, social polarization, and community flourishing. The Director supervises the Storytelling team, ensuring the team’s work aligns with the mission of Know Your Neighbor and the broader purposes of the H. E. Butt Foundation. As a member of the Foundation’s Senior Leadership Team, the Director also contributes to organizational strategy and health.
