You’ll lead the development of ISO-compliant frameworks, coach divisional teams, and ensure our systems evolve with legislative and industry shifts. You’ll spearhead a robust assurance program built on a three-line-of-defence model, while driving innovative risk mitigation strategies and technical improvement initiatives aligned with our Group H&S plan. Your influence will extend across workshops, learning activities, and trend analysis to foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a trusted and highly organised professional, you’ll challenge the status quo, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a thriving, inclusive workplace.About You | MōuYou are a confident and capable professional with a strong mix of strategic thinking, practical delivery, and a passion for continuous improvement in health and safety. You’ll be someone who thrives on leading complex projects, driving cultural change, and influencing across diverse teams with clarity and purpose. Your communication skills—whether written, verbal, or visual—are exceptional, and you’re just as comfortable presenting to senior leaders as you are collaborating with frontline teams. You’re highly organised, analytical, and adept at interpreting data and trends to inform smart, forward-thinking decisions. With a solid foundation in H&S systems, auditing, and ISO 45001 standards, you’ll bring a deep understanding of New Zealand’s legislative landscape and contemporary safety practices. You’re tech-savvy, naturally curious, and known for your ability to juggle competing priorities while staying calm under pressure.
