Your Mission at HackMotionYour mission as the Performance Creative Content Manager is to scale the volume of high-performing paid ads creatives by systematically sourcing, managing, and organizing content from multiple acquisition channels. You will be responsible for coordinating video content with a network of global partners, organizing internal video shoots to support growth targets of paid ads channel. You will review the quality and performance of received creatives to ensure they align with our strategy and industry best practices. Based on results and other trends in the industry define future improvements and creative tests.
Success will be measured by consistent growth in the total number of acquired creatives and an increasing number of scalable, top-performing assets that align with paid ads strategy. Your Tasks: Establish a systematic content acquisition process that delivers 60-70 ad-ready videos per month. Manage the external creative content partner pipeline (sourcing, onboarding and daily management). Review delivered creative quality and performance to ensure alignment with paid ads strategy. Research industry trends and social media patterns for future testing. Organize internal asset production, photo shoots and other sourcing activities. What We Expect:
Great English communication skills (both verbal and in written form);Experience in managing content creator and influencer partnerships (outreach, onboarding, review, and asset organization at scale);Experience in project management (involves handling contracts, payments, video content rights, and usage documentation specifically for paid ads);Experience with paid advertising and content creation;Basic video and photo editing knowledge (e. g CapCut, Canva etc. );Strong organizational and planning skills (content calendar management, ability to scale creative acquisition efficiently through various channels).
