Job Description• Prepare 201 files of the unit owners. • Handling Unit Owners' concerns and requests in relation to acceptance of the physical unit. • Punchlisting (RI/CO) of units prior to turnover. • Coordination with internal groups for the final handover of keys. • Makes sure that he/she delivers quality units. • Prepare handover documents and contracts. • Prepare presentations for virtual viewing and acceptance. • Coordination with Leasing for the leasing orientation. • Coordination with PMO for the House Rules guidelines and orientation. • Coordination with UO and bank in relation to bank financing concerns.Minimum QualificationGraduate of any four-year course (Customer Service, Engineering or Architectural related)0-3 years of experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, High sense of urgency in addressing client concerns, Detail-oriented and very organized
