You’ll assist with various site tasks, repairs, and installations—helping create outdoor spaces that inspire children to play, learn, and connect with nature.This role offers flexibility, ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work or subcontractor-style arrangements. You’ll work a minimum of 2 days per week, with the opportunity for more as projects continue to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with general site works and maintenance Support landscaping and carpentry teams as needed Perform basic repairs, installations, and tool handling Travel between project sites across SEQ Maintain safe, clean, and organised work areas Ideally You Have Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction roles Carpentry or landscaping experience (preferred) Strong practical problem-solving skills Driver’s licence and own tools/transport Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach Why Join the Team? $40–$60 per hour depending on experienceFlexible part-time schedule – minimum 2 days per week Supportive and collaborative team culture Be part of creating outdoor spaces that bring joy and connection How to Apply Click Apply and submit your resume (a short project list or photos of past builds are welcome).
