They cultivate a creative culture, encouraging employees to think unconventionally, explore new ideas, and share their unique insights.Job DescriptionCollaborate with cross-functional project teams to design systems, with a particular focus on PCB design, packaging, mechanics, and firmwareDevelop both analogy and digital hardware boards and solutions — from the initial concept and design stages through to production releaseOversee PCB layout processes, ensuring EMC-compliant design from prototype to series productionIntegrate firmware for embedded DSPs or microcontrollers using C and C++Perform debugging and testing activities with a practical, hands-on approachMaintain and support existing product lines to guarantee long-term availability, cost efficiency, quality, and manufacturabilityStay up to date with trends and advancements in the semiconductor marketParticipate in the development, assembly, and testing of prototypes, including coordination and execution of functional testsActively contribute to multidisciplinary development committees (e.g., project teams, FMEA teams)RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Hardware DesignerProficiency in MS Office toolsIn-depth knowledge of industrial Ethernet interfaces such as ProfiNet, Ethernet/IP, and/or EtherCATPractical experience in schematic and PCB design, ideally with Cadence AllegroSolid understanding of control systems engineering and analogy electronicsSolid English communication skills, both verbal and writtenDoes it sound like a challenging opportunity for you?Fasten your seat belt and send us your CV!All job applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
