Job DutiesAssisting with accounts payableReceive and ship deliveries, and informing the managersSpanish Interpretations/translationsMail, pick up, mail outTake phone callsComputer help for the managersFilingFleet vehicle maintenance: drive vehicles for their services (Oil changes, tire repairs, etc)Review vehicle inspections sheetsOffice order: EE Shirts/Office inventoryAnswer E-mailsMiscellaneous office tasksQC Inspections:
