As their firm continues to grow, they are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their team and provide essential support to their solicitors and legal professionals. Your new role The Legal Secretary will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the legal team.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. Your responsibilitiesPrepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Manage solicitors' diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates and deadlines. Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner. Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems. Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Assist with billing, time recording, and other administrative tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 2 years' experience in a legal secretary or legal administrative role.
