Your mission is to support the evolution of digital tools and services, ensuring they meet user needs and align with strategic goals. Your ResponsibilitiesOrganize and lead workshops to gather and clarify business requirements. Draft user stories and conduct functional analysis for new features. Advise stakeholders on business and technical solution options. Translate business needs into technical specifications in collaboration with IT teams.
Work closely with Product Owners, subject matter experts, and delivery teams. Participate in functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Your ProfileHigher education (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI) or equivalent experience in IT or a related technical field. 3–5 years of experience in digital platform development (e. g. , client portals, websites, e-commerce). Familiarity with digital tools and technologies (CMS, HTML, CSS, Analytics, APIs). Experience working in Agile environments; insurance industry experience is a plus. Ideally certified in business analysis, with a good understanding of IT architecture and integration. Fluent in French; English at C1 level required; German is a plus.
