该职位来源于猎聘 Scope of ConsultingMaking Chinese MSDS: shall prepare Chinese MSDS in accordance with the "Safety data sheet for chemical products:Content and order of sections" -GB/T 16483 -2008 and GB/T 17519-2013.MSDS translation and content verification according to China GHS regulations.Re-classify of the product and update the MSDS to comply with China GHS regulations.Making Chinese GHS Label: prepare Chinese Product or GHS Labels which should be fully in compliance with China regulations and submit to BBA within 3 working days.MSDS and Label Data Base/Platform Maintenance: do the database maintenance work during the contract period and update product information, the MSDS and Labels that for BBA Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Chemicals. The online training courses on JTT/617 and topics that BBA requests needs to be developed and uploaded to the platform, will support BBA to set up BBA's own DG and Hazardous Chemical system when necessary and it will be no further charges.Application for new chemical to China: finish the new chemical application on behalf of BBA for the product (Annual sales total weight less than 1 ton) according to BBA requests. All the necessary test and documents shall be prepared and submitted by the Service Provider to fulfill all the registration requirements.DG and Hazchem Matrix update: responsible for the DG and Hazchem Information Form of new parts or information updating according to business requirement within 1 working day. The data source shall be provided by BBA. Check, collect, and update the data in the master sheet and send to BBA according to BBA's requested timeline.Fusion Code Design for Chemical and Product Information: convert and generate the material management QR code and the chemical "One Enterprise One product one QR code" implemented by NRCC (National Registration Centre for Chemicals), according to the product label code of BBA, and fuse the two QR codes into one QR code to realize the function of scanning the code jump to the product registration page of NRCC registration center and display the information disclosure function of "one product one QR code". At the same time, the two-dimensional code fusion technology can also be used for material tracking, compliance guidance and other management functions. Fusion code functions include but not limited to the followings:Read the chemical safety information registered in the NRCC chemical registration system, include the name of hazardous chemicals, hazards identification, first aid measures, accidental release measures, fire extinguishing methods。Download MSDS and GHS label online by scanning the QR code.Remind of the expiration date, the downstream users can scan the QR code to read the expiration date information of the chemicals.Obtain the compliance guidance and suggestions of the chemicals in China, automatically judge the inclusion of the chemical in the management catalogue of China's chemical supervision system, and the compliance guidance in the whole life cycle of import, transportation, storage, abandonment, and other links。Obtain the compliance guidance and suggestions of the chemical in the road transport of dangerous goods, and automatically export the basic information of dangerous goods, including UN number, packaging guide, special provisions, LQ/EQ, special transport regulations, etc.Customize the read permission of users. Different users can read different information.Quarterly Update & Suggestion Report: responsible for update and suggestion report before 20th day of each quarter including BBA concerned information, emergency impact and EHS regulation update regarding to chemical & general goods trade, transportation, storage, import & export, etc. The content shall include but not limited to,National and worldwide regulation updateStatus update of other automotive OEM's aftersales logisticsStatus update of logistic service providers' informationLatest news regarding hazardous/dangerous goods management in ChinaDetailed requirements that applicable and actionable to BBA operationsReport in Chinese and English4 times a year, plus emergency update according to BBA’s requirement with no extra chargeHazard Property Classification Identification Report: responsible for preparing Hazard Property Classification Identification Report (including GHS classification) and submitting to designate department for approval.Hazard Precautionary Label Verification/Identification Report: responsible for preparing Hazard Precautionary Label Verification/Identification Report and submitting to designate department for approvalHazardous Chemical Business License Update: fully responsible for the document preparation, communication with government and submitting the documents. BBA will support all the process related Warehousing and logistical requirements are the main scope of responsibility of the Contractor.Hazardous Chemical Registration Hazardous Chemicals registration and License Update in National Registry of Certified Chemists (NRCC). The registration work has to be done within 1 month after BBA provides the necessary documents. Support BBA during the document preparation, submission, and getting approval. 12. 24 Hour Emergency Telephone Service Assigned to receive the email or phone from NRCC if any incident arises and required to prepare an emergency line only representing BBA to NRCC with 7/24 service. And the service provider is requested to contact BBA immediately by phone and email once receiving the notification from NRCC. Meanwhile, please provide professional advice on the incident to the person who present on site. Need to provide a duty phone and phone number to BBA. The English report must be prepared and there will be no extra charge.Compliance Check of DG Warehouse Support BBA to conduct the Compliance Check of Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Warehouse according to BBA’s request:Develop assessment scoring system and report to BBA after the site investigation. In the system, state and evaluate whether the proposed warehouses meet all the regulations in the aspects of safety, environment and all the storage related legislations. Make proper suggestions to BBA supporting to finalize the selection.Evaluate the hazardous chemicals/dangerous goods handling qualification of BBA existing hazardous chemical warehouse service providers and transportation service providers and report to BBA.Propose 3-5 external dangerous goods/hazardous materials warehouses in Chengdu, Shanghai, Foshan, Shenyang, Ningbo, Hefei, Beijing or Hebei province respectively during BBA tendering period or according to BBA’s business requirement.Site investigation to the proposed DG/Hazardous Materials warehouses in each location, to verify the compliance status against permitting requirements, safety and firefighting requirements/ standards, etc.Hazardous waste information sorting and updating. Responsible for hazardous waste information sorting and updating according to BBA's requirements. BBA shall provide the part number and the service provider will download their MSDS, check the information and prepare the handling suggestions to BBAClarification/Suggestion of DG/Hazchem Management. Provide professional service regarding consulting topic regarding DG/Hazchem management:Comprehensive implementation proposal and timeline, confirm with BBA the needed licenses, registrations, etc., regulation unscramble, chemical knowledgeThe consulting service should be provided directly by the experts from your service team, but not window person.The consulting service shall be managed by Q&A Template and charged by quantity of questions.Training Training plan Development and Training Delivery: develop appropriate training plan focus on China/International EHS regulation structure and JTT/617 or other relevant regulations, HVB/DG/Chemical management (import & export, trading, transportation, storage, handling etc.), fire safety, work safety etc.The training course has to be developed well according to BBA's requirements.English and Chinese shall be used.Generally twice a year.
