Identify, record, and analyze defects and non-conformities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective corrective actions. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure that products and processes meet established standards and specifications. Collaborate with product development teams to provide input on design and process improvements that could enhance product quality and reliability. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and quality management system procedures. Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify and address the underlying causes of quality issues. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement, and develop and implement appropriate corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to other team members on quality assurance processes and best practices. Interface with customers and regulatory agencies as needed to address quality concerns and maintain strong customer relationships. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental regulations. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field -Experience in a quality assurance role or automotive industry is preferred =Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. -Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
