Position TitleHCC Duty Manager Operations‎Report ToController, Hub Control CentrePosition Summary Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operational activities to ensure seamless coordination of aircraft turnarounds, on-time performance (OTP) and safety compliance. This role supervises and supports Turnaround Coordinators (TRCs) to ensure all ground operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with regulatory and airline standards, as well as resolving operational issues promptly to maintain high standards of service delivery.Key AccountabilityMonitor and redeploy resources effectively in response to flight disruptions, delays, ADHOC tasks, or new assignments to ensure continuity of operations.Conduct surveillance and random audits of daily operations to ensure strict adherence to established SLAs, SOPs, and safety requirements.Monitor and manage all operational activities during the assigned shift from the Hub Control Centre, ensuring alignment with scheduled movements and OTP targets.Supervise Turnaround Coordinators (TRCs) and provide guidance, operational decisions, and realtime support.Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, including staff supervision and issue resolution to maintain operational flow.Identify, escalate, and resolve operational disruptions or customer complaints promptly to uphold service standards.Ensure TRCs are properly deployed, briefed, and performing their duties in accordance with operational procedures and safety protocols.Lead and motivate the operations team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management to meet quality and productivity targets.Contribute to continuous improvement of turnaround processes, OTP, safety, and service quality standards.Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners to support operational alignment and efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements at all times.Qualification & Working ExperienceTertiary education (STPM/Diploma/Degree/Professional qualifications) in any field of study or its equivalent from recognised institutions with at least 0-2 years working experience in aviation industrySPM preferably 3 years working experience in aviation industry.Required to attend all regulatory and mandatory training as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM) with passing markAreas of Experience Good leadership quality and good decision making in daily operation matters.Basic knowledge in aviation industry.Well organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, able to work on own initiative to specific deadline.Ability to manage, track, measure, recognize and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently with control.Knowledge in TATS (Computer literacy) and unit's business rules.
