Job Description

ResponsibilitiesThe core responsibilities of this role are centered on driving sales growth, strategically managing the distributor network, and overseeing key B2B accounts:Primary Responsibility: Distributor & B2B Channel Management:Serve as the primary liaison and account manager for all appointed distributors/dealers.Work closely and collaboratively with channel partners to develop joint sales plans, forecasts, and promotional activities.Proactively monitor distributor performance, provide necessary training, and drive mutual accountability to ensure they meet their sales targets and align with company strategy.Act as the main interface between the company and its existing and potential B2B markets, focusing on channel efficiency.Business Development & Prospecting: Proactively identify new business opportunities within the territory, often in collaboration with distributors, set up meetings with potential clients, and drive new business acquisition.Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key distributors, existing customers, and potential clients through regular face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails.Negotiation & Closing: Support distributors in negotiating the terms of agreements, including prices, costs, delivery schedules, and specifications, ensuring successful sales closure for large B2B deals.Proposal & Bidding: Create detailed proposal documents and provide essential support to the channel partners during the formal bidding process.Customer Engagement: Listen to and accurately assess end-user customer requirements (often through the distributor), present appropriate solutions, and effectively handle objections to secure a sale.Representation: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, business events, and product demonstrations, often accompanying channel partners.QualificationsMinimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience as Sales Leader/Sales Representative in the IVD medical/healthcare field.A degree in Biochemical Bachelor or a related field is a plus.Preferred language: Intermediate business communication in English.Has foundational knowledge or initial experience in B2B sales and supporting distributors/dealers.Basic knowledge of the IVD market is required.Ability to build and nurture relationships with relevant hospital staff, doctors, and managers.Experience in a foreign or related company is a plus.Based in HCMC.
