[HCM] Techonology Manager - Contractor

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology ManagementResponsible for the delivery and oversight of all technology services provided by PVA’s internal IT team and external regional vendors.Supervise the procurement of IT software and hardware assets and manage communications with related suppliers.Ensure adherence to data privacy standards, information security policies, and IT disaster recovery procedures while maintaining system integrity.Develop, manage, and track the local IT budget, including validation of intercompany cost allocations.IT Project ManagementLead prioritization, planning, and execution of IT initiatives to support business objectives.Oversee data integration and exchange across group systems and local business units.Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Compliance, and Investment to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs.Group IT CollaborationImplement IT security, infrastructure, and architecture changes as directed by Group IT.Foster close coordination with global teams and third-party service providers to ensure consistent delivery of IT projects and standards.Business Continuity & Risk ManagementEnsure that an effective IT Disaster Recovery Plan is maintained, tested, and regularly updated.Maintain and revise the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Incident Management Plan in line with Group policies.Lead BCP-related activities and provide periodic reports to Group management.Other DutiesHandle additional assignments as delegated by the manager.Qualifications & AttributesProven experience managing both in-house and outsourced IT service providers.Strong background in working with multi-regional, multicultural teams.Demonstrated expertise in technology governance, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
