Job Objective/Job PurposeThe Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, coordinate with providers and facilities for members request, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. S/he is set to be an additional headcount to cover the additional shift (11PM to 7AM) for the Flexicare Customer Service Team.This role will be hired under Health Delivery System, Inc. - a RelianceUnited company.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAccept inbound calls from Flexicare members and accredited providers requesting for Letter of Authorizations.
