Registered Nurses offer a wide range of patient services, including prevention and primary care, patient education on disease prevention, medical device operation, and drug administration.Duties And Responsibilities Assist patients during diagnostic procedures. Provides instructions and health education to patients. Monitor and document patient vital signs Ensure consent paperwork is accurately completed Prepare patients for procedures Assist patients with other related procedures (eg.
