We are looking for a dynamic Factory HR Head to lead the people and administration agenda across our manufacturing sites!Location: Shirirchala FactoryFunction: Human ResourcesReports To: HR DirectorPurpose of the RoleThis role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end HR and Administration agenda across MEZ, Mouchak, and Shirirchala factories. The incumbent will ensure seamless HR operations, compliance, and governance while fostering a culture of productivity, safety, and industrial harmony aligned with our corporate values and business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee HR & Admin operations across MEZ, Mouchak, and Shirirchala units to ensure consistency, compliance, and governance.Implement and reinforce HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with company guidelines.Drive a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across factory operations.Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal audit protocols.Maintain proactive engagement with DIFE, BEZA, and other regulatory authorities; prepare compliance documentation for audits and inspections.Promote harmonious employee relations through proactive grievance handling, transparent communication, and engagement initiatives.Partner with factory leadership to anticipate and effectively manage industrial relations (IR) issues.Liaise with local authorities and government bodies to maintain a positive external environment.Collaborate with the EHS team to drive factory-level safety and welfare initiatives ensuring zero non-compliance.Prepare and manage the annual HR & Admin budget for all three factories; monitor expenditures and drive cost optimization.Support manpower planning, deployment, and capability building to ensure operational efficiency.Partner with Corporate HR to implement learning, performance management, and engagement programs.Build capability within factory HR teams to deliver on business and people priorities.Foster a workplace culture grounded in safety, performance, and well-being.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate or Postgraduate in any discipline, preferably Business Administration or Law.8–10 years of relevant experience in Factory HR, Industrial Relations, or Administration within an FMCG manufacturing environment.Proven track record in managing multi-location factory operations, statutory compliance, and stakeholder management.Strong exposure to labor law, regulatory frameworks, and industrial relations practices will be an added advantage.If you are passionate about building high-performing, compliant, and engaged factory teams, and have the leadership acumen to drive operational excellence — we encourage you to apply!
