Head Barista

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Head Barista role based in Al Ahsa. The Head Barista will be responsible for overseeing daily coffee operations, preparing high-quality beverages, and managing a team of baristas to ensure excellent customer service. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, managing inventory, and delivering a welcoming environment that enhances the overall customer experience.QualificationsStrong Barista skills with experience in coffee preparation, including knowledge of brewing techniques and machine maintenanceExceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team membersInterpersonal skills to manage and train a team, as well as create a positive work environmentBasic Food Preparation knowledge to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standardsAbility to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced settingPrevious leadership experience in a similar role is a plus
