ResponsibilitiesTo bring complete assurance for achievement of P&L of project in domain w.r.t. time, cost & quality by way of close oversight, coordination among various functions and resolution of bottlenecksEnsure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and financial targets, identifying and mitigating deviationsOversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, including RERA and environmental clearances.Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring seamless customer processes from booking to possessionProvide regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership on project health, risks, and opportunities.Ensure robust risk management and quality control mechanisms across projects.Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration or any related areaMaster’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Real Estate, Project Management, Business Administration, CA/ICWAAround 15 years of experience in real estate development5-7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing pre-launch planning or project integrationProven track record in project management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance in real estate development. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.MNC / Indian / Conglomerates / Large scale brandsReal Estate, Infrastructure, Management consulting, PMCExtensive experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including design, legal, regulatory, and procurement functions
