Your expertise will help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.ResponsibilitiesHousehold Management:Supervise and manage household staff, including hiring, training, and schedulingOversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring it is always in pristine conditionManage household budgets and expenses, including tracking and reportingCoordinate with external service providers (e.g., cleaners, maintenance workers)Personal Assistance:Provide personalized service to the principals, anticipating their needs and preferencesAssist with wardrobe management, including packing and unpacking for travelHandle personal errands and tasks as requiredTravel Coordination:Plan and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportationEnsure all travel arrangements are seamless and meet the principals' expectationsAccompany the principals on trips, providing support and ensuring their comfortEvent Planning:Organize and manage private events and gatherings, including coordinating with vendors and staffEnsure events run smoothly and meet the principals' standardsSecurity and Confidentiality:Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all mattersEnsure the security of the household and principals, including managing security systems and protocolsRequirementsProven experience as a Head Butler, House Manager, or in a similar high-level household management roleIn-depth knowledge of service etiquette, household management, and maintenance tasksStrong leadership and team management skillsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer serviceFlexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidaysProficiency with household management software and technologyValid driver's license
