JOB TITLE Store Administrator| Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle ROLE SUMMARY The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cash office and provide administrative support to the store management team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The individual must be proficient in identifying and resolving cash discrepancies, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of operational compliance requirements, and ensure all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. ROLE PROFILEAssists store management in completion of weekly and monthly audit checklists.Ensure operation of office and POS equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintainingResponsible for daily cash banking and balancing of all monies received on daily basis.Update DSR to be sent to finance highlighting any discrepancies.Act as custodian for the petty cash and cash float of the store.Ensure all in store equipment is working to the standards required to give the best experience to our customers.Accountable for reporting any issues related to system, standards, digital platforms, Facility management to the concern department and follow up until it is solved.Responsible for ordering office supplies, anticipating changes in requirements and ensuring that the stocks are maintained within budget.
