You will drive product launches, scale infrastructure, strengthen partnerships, and expand into new markets while ensuring compliance and customer excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Commercial LeadershipOwn D2C P&L, growth strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution.Define and track KPIs to drive commercial performance.Translate market insights into clear business priorities and execution plansDefine and execute the overall D2C commercial strategy, including customer acquisition models, monetization approach, conversion optimization, and expansion opportunities.Build & Scale OperationsLead the business through a critical build-and-scale phase, strengthening backend systems, reporting standards, and infrastructure.Oversee development cycles, UAT, and iterative releases.Streamline end-to-end D2C workflows and design scalable processes for regional growth.Product Strategy & RoadmapLead product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with Product and Data teams, ensuring continuous enhancement of value proposition, UX, feature prioritization, and competitive differentiation.Drive the identification, development, and launch of new products and value-added solutions within the D2C ecosystem, expanding monetization opportunities while maintaining alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.Customer Experience & Lifecycle OptimizationOversee end-to-end customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, strong engagement, high conversion rates, and effective retention strategies.Marketing & GrowthDefine the overall D2C growth strategy, target segments, pricing model, and monetization framework, with full accountability for revenue and unit economics.Set commercial targets (revenue, ARPU, CAC, LTV) and ensure sustainable, profitable growth trajectory.Approve brand positioning and major growth initiatives, aligning closely with the Head of Marketing on execution priorities.Partnerships & ExpansionBuild and manage partnership and reseller pipelines, including commercial negotiations and joint GTM.Support the D2C build-out and entry strategy in new market (e.g Philippines), including expansion into the Philippines, ensuring scalable operating models and regulatory readiness.LeadershipLead, align and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, Technology, CX, Legal, and Operations teams toward shared commercial objectives and drive execution excellence. Serve as the central decision-maker for D2C prioritization and trade-offsBuild and lead a high-performing D2C team with clear accountability structures, performance metrics, and execution disciplineStructured, decisive, and execution-focusedCapable of scaling an early-stage product into a nationally/internationally recognized platformRequirements15+ years in D2C, fintech, financial services, credit bureau or digital businesses and with 5+ years in P&L ownership or business unit leadershipProven track record scaling D2C or digital consumer platforms with measureable revenue impactStrong commercial acumen and financial literacyProduct-oriented mindset with customer-first thinking and with data-driven decision-making capabilityProven digital marketing and customer acquisition experience.Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with credit bureau business models, data products, and regulatory frameworks in financial services is a strong advantagePrior working experience within a credit bureau or closely related ecosystem (e.g., credit risk, underwriting, financial data infrastructure) is a significant plus
