Job Description

Tanggung JawabMenerima dan mengelola reservasi tamu melalui telepon, WhatsApp, email, dan platform online.Menginput dan mengupdate data reservasi ke dalam sistem dengan akurat.Mengkonfirmasi ulang reservasi kepada tamu (reminder booking).Mengatur penempatan meja sesuai kapasitas dan kebutuhan event/booking group.Berkoordinasi dengan tim service, kitchen, dan sales terkait reservasi khusus (birthday, corporate booking, event, dll).Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan tamu terkait reservasi secara profesional.Membuat laporan harian reservasi dan tingkat okupansi restoran.
