This position combines coaching responsibilities in both the JSSL Elite Academy and the BG TRFC COE programme, offering one of the most comprehensive youth coaching pathways in Singapore.JSSL Singapore is the biggest and leading youth soccer program in Singapore, with 3 distinct and unique lines of business:• JSSL FC – Singapore’s largest football Academy with 1000 Local and Expatriate players training at 3 venues Island wide• JSSL National Youth Leagues – 300 Singaporean teams competing across 16 boys’ and girls’ leagues and 38 Divisions with 2000 Matches every season• JSSL 7s - Asia’s Largest Youth Football Tournament with 450 teams from around the world including a Boys & Girls 16s Pro Category featuring Liverpool, Barcelona, Arsenal, Spurs.As Singapore’s largest youth academy and organiser of the nation’s biggest youth leagues and Asia’s premier youth tournament (JSSL 7s), JSSL provides an outstanding platform for coaches to grow, lead, and make meaningful impact. ROLE OVERVIEWYou will play a key role across both organisations and be responsible for:Leading one COE age-group team (U13 or U15)Leading one JSSL Elite teamDelivering Elite & Soccer School training sessionsPreparing and implementing session plans aligned with JSSL’s coaching philosophySupporting the development and direction of JSSL’s coaching programmesManaging player reviews each term and mentoring players in all aspects of their football developmentSupporting internal CPD and coach educationAssisting at JSSL events, camps, tournaments, and International School programmesCommunicating effectively with players, parents, coaches, and stakeholdersUpholding JSSL’s Coaches’ Code of Conduct and contributing to a positive team cultureAdditional duties may be assigned where appropriate. WORKING HOURSMonday – OFF / COE SessionTuesday – In-Office for Staff Meeting + 4–7pm (Lead 1 Elite Session) + COE SessionWednesday – COE SessionThursday – In-Office for Coaches Meeting + 4–7pm (Lead 1 Elite Session) + COE SessionFriday – COE SessionSaturday – COE & JSSL Training Sessions / League GamesSunday – COE & JSSL Sessions / League Games MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum AFC/FA B LicencePassionate, driven, energeticStrong leadership qualities and a collaborative mindsetModern coaching knowledge and the ability to perform in a high-paced environment PACKAGEFull-time contract (3-month probation)Gross Salary: SGD $4,000Full medical insuranceStrong long-term growth opportunities within JSSL & BG TRFC HOW TO APPLYSend your CV and a brief introduction to Rina (rina@jssl-singapore.com) & Jeffrey (jeffrey@jssl-singapore.com)
