At Ilham Child Care, we create a nurturing environment to foster growth, learning, and development. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal located in Boon Lay. The Principal will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the childcare center, mentoring and guiding staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children. Additional responsibilities include curriculum planning, engaging with parents and stakeholders, overseeing staff development, and upholding the center's commitment to academic excellence and holistic childcare. Qualifications Leadership and management experience in a childcare or preschool settingKnowledge of early childhood education, curriculum planning, and special needs inclusionStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, parents, and stakeholdersAdministrative and organizational skills, including the ability to manage schedules, compliance, and reportingHighly compassionate and committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for children of all abilitiesDiploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualifications; degree in Education or a related field preferredFamiliar
