Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Head of Academics, located in Colombo. The Head of Academics will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, ensuring quality education delivery, developing curriculum, managing faculty, and coordinating with accrediting bodies. The role includes strategic planning for academic growth, conducting regular assessments, and implementing improvements. Additionally, the Head of Academics will liaise with corporate clients to align training programs with industry requirements and handle student affairs, providing support and guidance to ensure a thriving academic environment.QualificationsExperience in education management and curriculum developmentSkills in strategic planning and quality assurance in an academic settingProficiency in managing faculty and coordinating with accrediting bodiesKnowledge of corporate training programs and industry requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in ColomboRelevant advanced degree in Education or related fieldExperience in international academic programs is a plus
