Highlights5.5 Days Work Week (Saturdays - 9am to 1pm)Medical LeavesPerformance Bonus21 Days of Annual LeaveKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop the Admissions team to achieve enrollment targets and deliver high-quality service.Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the team.Set team goals, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies.Provide training, coaching, and guidance to ensure consistency and excellence in admissions practices.Admissions Strategy & Enrolment ManagementDevelop and implement admissions strategies to drive student recruitment and meet enrollment goals across all school levels.Oversee and refine the admissions workflow, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with school policies.Analyze admissions data, market trends, and conversion metrics to inform decision-making and improve the enrollment pipeline.Relationship Building & Sales ManagementServe as the primary representative of the school to prospective families, ensuring a warm, professional, and persuasive admissions experience.Employ a sales-driven approach to guide families through the decision-making and enrolment process.Build strong relationships with families, understand their needs and effectively communicate the school’s value proposition.Oversight of the Admissions ProcessOversee all stages of the admissions process—from inquiry handling to application review, assessment coordination, acceptance, and onboarding.Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and in line with school standards.Coordinate and support student assessments, interviews, and placement decisions.Admissions Events & Community EngagementLead the planning and execution of admissions-related events, including open houses, school tours, orientation sessions, and community outreach activities.Represent the school at fairs, conferences, and local community events to strengthen brand visibility and recruitment opportunities.Data Management & ReportingEnsure the maintenance of accurate admissions records within the admissions database or CRM.Track and report admissions statistics, conversion rates, and enrollment trends to senior leadership.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional activities with admissions goals.Work closely with academic teams to coordinate assessments, programme placement, and ensure alignment between admissions and academic expectations.Partner with Finance, Administration, and other internal departments to support a smooth enrollment and onboarding process.Brand Ambassadorship & School RepresentationChampion the school’s mission, values, and unique offerings to prospective families and external stakeholders.Ensure all team members consistently deliver a positive and professional image of the school.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in school admissions, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in an international school setting.Demonstrated experience in team leadership and performance management.Experience working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.Technical & Professional SkillsStrong understanding of the admissions lifecycle and factors influencing parent decision-making.Proven sales skills and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.Experience with admissions management systems, CRM platforms, or student information systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.Leadership & Interpersonal SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with families and staff.Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative and motivating management style.High level of cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with international families and multicultural teams.Exceptional customer service mindset and commitment to delivering a premium admissions experience.Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work well under pressure.Interested Candidates, please send your latest resume to deanna@talentsatwork.sg or click apply now for a confidential chat.Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501)Lee Kit Ying Deanna (Li Jieying) (R1655011)
