I’m supporting a Munich-based digital company undergoing a major transformation, evolving from an online retailer into an intelligent, AI-driven platform that connects people through personalised digital experiences.They’re hiring a Head of AI Operations to lead the rollout and scaling of AI across the entire organisation, ensuring adoption and measurable impact across marketing, operations, finance, product, and customer experience.You’ll shape and execute the company-wide AI strategy, build cross-functional alignment, and embed responsible AI practices across teams. The focus is on turning vision into impact, leading change, creating scalable frameworks, and driving real business value through AI.You bring:Proven experience leading large-scale AI, digital, or operational transformation and scaling AI initiatives across an organisation.Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.Understanding of AI tooling, data governance, and change management.This is a senior strategic role with the autonomy and influence to shape how AI transforms the business at scale.
