Our client, a leading global automation software provider, is seeking a Head of Banking Sales Vertical to lead and scale their banking-focused sales organisation across the Middle East.About the RoleYou will be responsible for driving commercial strategy, leading a high-performing sales team across the region, and accelerating growth within the banking and financial services sector. This role requires a mix of strategic leadership, deep industry understanding, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, enterprise technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the regional sales strategy for the banking vertical and deliver revenue targets.Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed sales team across multiple Middle Eastern markets.Build strong C-level relationships within major banks and financial institutions.Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales excellence disciplines.Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.RequirementsProven experience leading enterprise sales teams in the Middle East.Strong track record selling software, automation, or related enterprise technology into banking and financial services.Deep network and relationships across the regional banking ecosystem.Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
