Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service from check-in to check-out. A strong ability to sell retail products and service packages, as well as handling administrative tasks, is essential to this role.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner.Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using spa software.Promote and upsell spa services, treatment packages, and retail products to maximize sales.Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person.Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.Support administrative duties such as daily sales reports, inventory tracking, and client records management.Coordinate with therapists and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Follow up with clients for feedback and appointment reminders.Requirements:Proven experience in a customer-facing role; spa or hospitality experience is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good in selling retail items and spa service packages.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.Proficient in using booking software and Microsoft Office applications.Presentable, with a pleasant and professional appearance.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center.Basic knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments.Familiarity with POS and booking systems.
