Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Document Controller to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing our organization's documentation systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards. Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures Manage the receipt, distribution, and filing of project and operational documentation Ensure all documents are properly indexed, stored, and easily retrievable Coordinate with project teams to facilitate timely submission and approval of documents Perform regular quality checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of document databases Generate reports on document status, revisions, and distribution Assist in training staff on document control procedures and best practices Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding document-related issues Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Continuously improve document control processes for enhanced efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field 2-4 years of experience in document control or related field Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of database management, filing, and archiving systems Familiarity with digital document management tools Basic understanding of project management principles Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills Outstanding organizational and time management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
