Head of Blue Team Department

LocationHead Office, Phnom Penh (01 Post)Major Areas of ResponsibilityDesign, implementation, documentation and publishing the security policies within bank;Develop all aspects of the security roadmap under the purview of top management;Work with the Cyber monitoring on alerting, triaging and response to potential security incidents;Lead penetration testing and red teaming efforts;Advise on Cybersecurity issues and make recommendations for action;Monitor and manage significant security issues/breaches, taking remedial action where possible;Ensure that all new implementations of solutions are compliant with the Security requirements;Standard, and regulatory Lead Cybersecurity projects focused on mitigating probable and impactful risks;Perform risk assessments on all new IT changes and projects;Arrange and manage the design and execution of vulnerability assessments and security audits;Manage and secure all applications, endpoints, network, and cloud environments;Coordinate with the Technology Steering Committee to ensure security and business requirements are aligned;Manage the cybersecurity awareness and constantly work on new ways of improving employee awareness based current threats;Ensure Cyber monitoring, red team and others are skillful enough;Lead and drive team for bank success;Develop cyber program to support digital Transform and bank strategies;Continue implement effectiveness of control and risk mitigation;Advance technology and process;Build good relationship with internal and external team;Continue Assessment and improvement.Skills and QualificationsBachelor degree of IT, Computer Science or other related field;At least 8 years experiences implementing and maintaining the cybersecurity;Holding any cybersecurity global certified related training certification is plus;Experienced in implementing security solutions;Strong knowledge of information security best practices, standards, and frameworks, PCI DSS, NBC, CIS, ISO, NIST;Knowledge of risk management and controls;Knowledge of IT auditing processes; Good in analytical skills;Good verbal and written English skills to present to senior management.
