From motorways to tramways, and nuclear power plants to smart cities, clients choose us to help them solve their most complex challenges - delivering climate-responsible growth that meets the needs of communities, industry and the planetWe are creating a new Head of Brand, Content & Campaigns role to position Egis as a leading voice in our markets and to deliver high-impact, insight-led marketing that drives growth.Job DescriptionReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this senior leadership role will shape Egis’ global brand positioning and lead the creation of high-value content and integrated campaigns that build awareness, influence decision-makers and generate measurable impact on the business pipeline.Working closely with the Head of Digital & CRM, Group Communications, and regional marketing leads, the role will bring together strategic insight, creative excellence and commercial focus. You will translate Egis’ expertise in sustainability, mobility, energy transition and digital transformation into compelling narratives that strengthen client relationships and help win work.This is a rare opportunity to define how Egis inspires, informs and differentiates itself in a competitive global marketplace - transforming thought leadership into tangible business results.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and protect Egis’ global brand positioning, architecture and messaging, ensuring consistency and commercial relevance across all markets Lead the creation and delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that raise visibility, generate qualified leads and support revenue growth Develop Egis’ thought-leadership and content strategy - from insight generation and storytelling to creative production and amplificationPartner with sector and regional teams to ensure campaign targeting aligns with strategic clients, key accounts and growth prioritiesCollaborate with the Head of Digital & CRM to plan, track and report campaign performance, demonstrating clear contribution to pipeline and KPIsEstablish global campaign frameworks, toolkits and assets that enable local adaptation while maintaining brand coherence and creative qualityCommission and manage brand and market research, perception tracking and campaign performance reporting to inform continuous improvementSupport strategic initiatives such as employer brand, acquisitions and rebrands from a marketing and positioning perspectiveChampion creativity, innovation and measurable impact across the global marketing networkThe role is based in the UK, with collaboration expected across global teams. It will take effect in 2025.Qualifications10+ years’ experience in brand, campaign, or strategic marketing leadership, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or professional services environmentsProven success delivering integrated, results-driven campaigns and high-value content that build reputation, engagement and pipeline impactAnalytical and commercially minded, able to link marketing activity to business development and revenue outcomesStrong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, storytelling and content marketing in complex B2B settingsHighly collaborative, creative and influential, with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsExperience working across complex, matrixed organisations and multiple geographiesAdditional InformationWe are committed to our planetIn each project we design, engineer and operate we care deeply about the legacy we’re leaving behind.
