We recognize the difference you bring to our business, and together we share the pride of building The logistics company for the world.Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.ResponsibilitiesEnsure regular and effective communication with senior management of key customers through regular visits and performance reviews with them.Take corrective actions, when necessary, to ensure that DHL meets agreed KPI and provides the best DHL services to these customersSupport the BD Manager in Strategy Development and Implementation with close collaboration with other functional groups within the Country, Area, Region, and NetworkLiaise in the planning process to develop the Annual Business Plan, to develop monthly rolling sales forecasts/re-forecasts and to monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions where necessary.Work very closely in order to assist in cultivating and penetrating existing and potential customers.Actively participate as a member of the Regional APAC Team in developing and implementing strategies and solutions that are harmonized across the Asia Pacific Region. Work closely to ensure our sales plans are effectively supported.Closely collaborate to effectively direct, motivate and lead the teams to deliver the required services to the customers and hence grow our business profitably while consistently keeping track with environmental changesRequirementsHaving solid understanding in Logistics Supply Chain or 3rd party Logistics.Demonstrated experience in leading sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growthExperience in managing key customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionSolid knowledge and experience in Sales, Business Development and Solutions DesignMinimum 10 years experience in same functionUnderstand local market and industry trendRegional and global alignment exposureBachelor's degree in business management, engineering, production is preferable
