One of our clients is seeking a "Head of Business Operations (Telecom or Software)" In to join their reputable company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage local business operations, ensuring alignment with global strategies.Drive B2B sales growth and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Manage and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.Oversee customer engagement and key account management, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies to support business goals.Provide regular reporting on commercial performance, recruitment, and team engagement.Ensure compliance with corporate governance, data privacy, and local regulations.Collaborate with HR/People teams on talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.Key RequirementsProven B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in telecom, ICT, or technology sectors.10+ years of leadership experience, managing multi-functional teams.Strong team management, stakeholder engagement, and people development skills.Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and reducing churn.Experience in talent recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies.Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgets, P&L, and cost management.Experience managing offshore or remote teams is desirable.Familiarity with business strategy execution and B2B market operations.
