Head of Business Requests Analysis

Job Summary: The role is focusing on the connection between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable solutions.Job Responsibilities:Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows; create detailed documentation including business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.Develop and implement best practices for business analysis processes, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality deliverables across projects.Foster a continuous improvement culture by promoting the adoption of innovative business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).Lead the development of standardized templates, documentation practices, and methodologies for business requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.Gather and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents and functional specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders (e.g., product managers, department heads) and the IT department to ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities.Lead and facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand business needs and objectives.Identify potential risks and issues related to business requirements and ensure they are properly managed throughout the project lifecycle.Proactively address any gaps or misalignments between business and IT teams, ensuring that solutions are delivered as planned and meet expectations.Mitigate risks by maintaining clear documentation, fostering open communication, and anticipating potential roadblocks.Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.10+ years of experience in business analysis or IT-related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing business requirements, Experience working in industries that require complex technology solutions.Proven track record of delivering technology projects that align with business goals and drive operational improvements.
